The automotive sector remains one of the pillars of the economy of Coahuila. The state is the largest producer of auto parts, with a contribution of 18.2% nationally, according to the National Auto Parts Industry. This sector contributes 22.3% of the state GDP, according to data of BBVA Research.

Korean suppliers

In Nuevo Leon it announced, since last year, the arrival of 12 reputable suppliers of KIA Motors, which invested nearly 1,000 million.
